Kirungi Oita Foundation (KOF) is transitioning into a platform for charity projects in Uganda. It will rely on donors and funders to implement projects and will also take over existing charity initiatives from individuals or organizations that wish to step back from direct responsibility while still providing support.

Kirungi Oita Foundation will act as a management and coordination hub, ensuring that funds are properly handled and that all projects continue effectively. The foundation will identify willing partners—such as hospitals, individuals, and organizations—to take over the operational aspects of these projects while maintaining transparency and accountability. Regular reports will be provided to donors and stakeholders to uphold integrity in all activities.
